We offer one low shipping cost of $12.95... so regardless of how many products you buy or the weight of your items, you pay a flat shipping fee!

FREE Shipping is offered on all of our teeth whitening products.

Our items are shipped Australia wide from our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne warehouses. Please allow between 3-7 working days for delivery on most items.  Dispatch time is normally within 24-48 hours.

Certain items (eg. custom made, personalised, engraved or handmade) can take up to 5 weeks - if you do not receive an email within 48 hours stating your item has been 'Shipped', please email us for a confirmed delivery date. Pre-ordering is available for items not in stock.

We use Australia Post standard or express with tracking. 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct.  


Returns Policy

What if I change my mind?  Exchange is offered on all items except teeth whitening kits and hair extensions. Please notify us within 2 business days and return item within 7 days.  Buyer to pay return postage. Package must be unopened.  We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. 

OMMISSIONS, INCORRECT SUPPLY AND DAMAGE: Refund is only available on faulty items or incorrect personalisation. Buyer to pay return postage and return item within 7 days.  You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We require you to notify us within 2 business days of receipt of your order if anything is missing, damaged or not working. Please check all of your items carefully as after this time we are unable to accept any claims.
